Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Lets go Sports LLC, company ID 405891049, Bob Walsh St. 26, entrance 1, floor 14, apt. 297, block B, Tbilisi 0159, Georgia (“LetsGo”, “we”). By using the LetsGo app or website you accept them.

1. The service

LetsGo helps people find and organise amateur football games, book pitches, run teams and clubs, and follow league results. Games are organised by users and pitches are run by their owners; LetsGo is not the organiser of games and does not own the pitches unless stated otherwise.

2. Your account

• You must be 16 or older, or have a parent's or guardian's consent.
• Give true information and keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• One person — one account.

3. Rules of behaviour

Don't post anything illegal, abusive, hateful, sexual, or that violates other people's rights. Don't harass other users, create fake games or bookings, impersonate others, or try to break or misuse the app. We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

4. Your content

You own the photos, texts and reviews you post. You give us a free, worldwide licence to host and show them in the app for as long as they are there. Reviews must be honest and based on real experience.

5. Bookings and payments

Prices are shown before you confirm. Payment, cancellation and refund terms of a pitch or game are shown in the app and apply to that booking. Payments are handled by licensed payment providers. LetsGo may charge a service fee, which is always shown before you pay.

6. Health and safety

Football is a contact sport. You play at your own risk and are responsible for your fitness and health. LetsGo is not liable for injuries, lost items or disputes between players, organisers and pitch owners, except where the law does not allow this limitation.

7. League data

League tables, fixtures and statistics may come from league organisers. We show them as provided and are not responsible for their errors; please report mistakes to us.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep LetsGo running but cannot promise it is always available or error-free. We may change or stop features, and update these terms; we will tell you in the app about important changes.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, LetsGo is provided “as is”, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer by law.

10. Ending

You can stop using LetsGo and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Disputes go to the courts of Tbilisi, unless the law of your country gives you the right to go to your local court.
