Delete your LetsGo account

In the app

1. Open LetsGo and go to your Profile.
2. Tap the Settings icon (gear) at the top.
3. Scroll down and tap Delete account.
4. Confirm. Your account is deleted at once.

If you own a club, hand it over to another member or close it first — the app will tell you.

Without the app

Contact us by email at info@letsgosports.app from the email or phone number linked to your account, and ask us to delete it. We delete it within 30 days and confirm.

What is deleted

• Your account and sign-in (email, phone number, Google sign-in)
• Your profile: name, username, photo, birth date, city, football details
• Your memberships, follows, favourites and notification settings
• Your photos and files
• Upcoming games you organise are cancelled; you are removed from upcoming games you joined

What is kept

• Reviews and ratings you wrote stay, shown as “Deleted user” (no name)
• Past match results and league statistics that belong to a team or league
• Payment and booking records we must keep by tax and accounting law — up to 6 years
