This policy explains how Lets go Sports LLC (“LetsGo”, “we”), company ID 405891049, Bob Walsh St. 26, entrance 1, floor 14, apt. 297, block B, Tbilisi 0159, Georgia, handles your personal data when you use the LetsGo mobile app and this website. We are the controller of your data.
1. Data we collect

2. Legal basis
We process data to perform our contract with you (providing the app), on our legitimate interest (security, preventing abuse, improving the app), with your consent (location, photos, notifications — you can withdraw it in your phone settings at any time), and to meet legal obligations (tax and accounting records).
3. Who can see your data
- Other users see your public profile, games you join, and your team and league stats.
- Pitch owners and organisers see the details needed for your booking or game.
- Service providers who process data for us: Google Firebase / Google Cloud (hosting, database, sign-in, notifications, crash reports and analytics) and payment providers. They act on our instructions only.
- Authorities, only when the law requires it.
We do not sell your personal data and do not use it for third-party advertising.
4. International transfers
Our main servers are in the European Union (Google Cloud, Frankfurt). Some providers may process data in other countries; in that case we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
5. How long we keep data
We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete your personal data at once, except reviews (shown without your name), team and league results, and payment records we must keep by law for up to 6 years. Crash and usage data is kept for up to 14 months.
6. Your rights
You can access, correct, download or delete your data, object to or restrict its processing, and withdraw consent. Most of this you can do in the app; for the rest, contact us by email at info@letsgosports.app. You can also complain to the Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia or to the data protection authority in your country.
7. Children
LetsGo is for people aged 16 and over. Younger players may use it only with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian. If you believe a child has given us data without that consent, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is limited by strict rules. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and will inform you of any breach as the law requires.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. We will show the new date above and tell you in the app about important changes.
